I'm assuming it's the pal uk pdx patch?
Anyway put a new folder on your desktop, copy the game with cdrwin into the folder.
Now unzip the patch into that folder.
Go inti the folder and double click on the patch, it should patch the game for you.
Burn back matey! ;D
