Manage to get this conversion into 2DVDs inclusive of movie file.
My Game is
Ultra Street Fighter IV (v1.0.0.0 Update 6) - keep 1 language only, for me is
ENG.
Using this setting to compress all files except movie file (leave movie compression as -m0):

Installation finished without error in 7min in my desktop. Tested play as well.
