You have one small hope which is to analyse the CD with a tool called CD-R-Diagnostic ( ####://www.cdrinfo.com/software/ ) and analyse where the read errors happen to be. If it's in a sound file only, don't worry too much and you can set your burning software to ignore read errors. I don't guarantee the outcome but on the occasion that I've done this, the game boots OK and hasn't hit problems yet.
