Let's say your file is in the
Redist folder, is named
vcredist_x86.exe, is needed for an x86 application and you want silent installation.
In the redist windows of the wizard, add this for VCredist 2010 for example :

VC Redist 2010 (x86)|Redist\vredist_x86.exe|/silent
It's the same as DX9 example added by default, no need to twist your mind more than needed guys
