You can try something else to check if the problem come from bin files or from the script :
Use 7-Zip to create a small archive saved as bin file and generate a new setup for it (don't forget to change archive type from
Freearc to
7zip).
Also try to launch the setup.exe with admin rights, Windows UAC/Smartscreen can be very annoying with this type of files.
