I have tested the conversion and It compressed the game. Your game maybe in C:. So, Its access is denied and put the extracted file in game's folder not anywhere
EDIT: As you can see there is a command to move all .DLL and .INI files. He must have got it because cmd is in system32 folder but I didn't get it.
