And you need to make up your mind on something, its either an 'almost' ripoff or a 'complete' ripoff, it cant be both. If its a little like yours then its 'almost' which means its not exactly the same. If its 'complete' then it would be an 'exact' replica of your work, which this isn't.

interesting point but should this taken as a compliment as well?
this
WATCH_DOGS conversion is 1:1 copy of
bamse's conversion where "created by bamse" was removed, same pictures were made a bit darker and poorly photoshopped (probably ripping off from temp files because not having access to source material). in other words, plagiarism should be considered as "compliment"?

that is completely true, we can't argue that but if someone took the time to create this conversion (same conversion as above as example) why hasn't he left everything as it is and just made a note "
created by bamse,
updated to latest version by me"?
same thing for
Wolfenstein - The New Order. you (grumpy) have "credits" for graphics of that conversion yet that conversion is a plagiated version of
revo's conversion with "revolution graphic arts" removed. i guess that should be considered as a "compliment" as well?
I am all for updating conversions to latest versions of the game when new update or dlc gets released but this is ridiculous. hogging the credits for something that you just modified, not created from nothing.
