punchao and pakrat are right, don't panic is the key and don't write to the drive. Get yourself R-Studio, if you have not written to the drive then R-Studio will recover 100% of the lost data.
I have accidentally formatted a Storage drive before and got back 100% of the data, I have also done this for many others.
