since the game has become an update, i've prepared a patch for the Setup which contains the following changes

-Reworked small installer screen to match with the new changes
-Adjust list files and Setup.ini to work with the new CASC file system

Download the file "Diablo3-setup-patch-110-dvd5-xdelta.rar" from first post, extract the contents of the file next to Setup.exe and run Patcher.bat.
Also download "v2.2.0.30894a-DVD5.rar" for the new file lists. Any language changes in list files are now obsolete because the game has the same files for every language. If you have a Setup.ini file next to Setup.exe, delete it.
I've also made a other design with Installer Creator by razor12911. If you prefer this one, download "Diablo3-setup-patch-110-design2-dvd5-xdelta.rar", extract the contents of the file next to Setup.exe and run Patcher.bat (
only for 106 setup!).
