its possible that the file is corrupt from doing the conversion happens sometimes.redo coversion.another thing its all possible that your anti virus is seeing the file as a virus which a false positive so disable anti virus when doing conversion and before that make sure that file is in the working directory of WPI before starting conversion just incase anti virus has deleted it.
