No, just try to put it back the best you can. I believe it is a fuse. A very small rectangular block like object soldered at both ends to the board. Be careful not to drip solder underneath it and on the board, thus connecting the two ends. I did this when I was a novice and have learned to 1)use a low wattage iron, 2) DO NOT leave the iron on one of those fuse connections too long, I'd say no more than 2 sec otherwise you will heat it up and it will slide off. If you can't connect the wire, back off, let cool and try again. Don't be afraid to put some solder on the iron thus dripping it on the end. Try making a bend on the wire thus laying it on top. I know it is hard to keep it still.
