Unfortunately, no. File structure is somewhat different, which is not the problem, but, the exe file has a different name and GOG version (which I have) has its own registry entries needed for future updates so it means I'll have to make another conversion for Enhanced Edition, but I'll probably wait until IWD 2 EE
