RAR5 Support is not yet implemented, I have been asking for that since it came up. Well no need to worry any way the compression format here are much much better than RAR so you wont have to worry about it at all, the script will be updated soon and since the developers are not magicians with wand it will take some time.

Until the source comes up there is a limit problem with games below 1 Gb or less. wait until Last knight comes up with the solution there is a slight change required in the source fields to make that right. Thank you for pointing it out.

And for using the German translations, Unless we have direct access to the code you can try replacing the default.isl file with the German.isl file. (Make sure to rename the German.isl file into default.isl) This is just a theory and i have not tried this yet so do at your own risk. Make sure to keep a back up of the default.isl file.
P.S :I'm attaching the 'German' Default.isl in case you need.

The user can always use the Browse Button to change the path of extraction,
If you want to change the default path which is implemented you wil have to manually edit the .iss file (Which i was not able to find in the folder.)

[Setup]
DefaultDirName={pf}\{#AppPublisher}\{#AppName}

This session is what you need to find and change. You can do it manually or wait until the developer comes up with the possible solution to solve this. and if you are lucky enough u will find the file needed to change this. and {pf} is the default program files dir.
P.S : Io in realtà non credo che gli utenti hanno ancora un controllo diretto sul percorso predefinito di estrazione, attendere maggiori dettagli da parte dello sviluppatore.
