An updated User guide for using the Black box wizard have been included with this reply, hope that will help you solve and figure out the feature. Will add in more language support if needed.

Check out the Unarc.7z file provided on the first page, That might solve the issue with the error. wait for reply from the developer if that doesn't works.

There may be some errors with some features, The BB is still under development thus, it's not 100% clear to work without some problems, try again in the splash session on the interface tab. That will help out.
