Firstly, I can not give you CIU2, yener does not want it freely shared to the public. I made a promise to yener that I would not share it and I intend to stick to that promise. Sorry.
As for the Exit, Minimize and Equalizer all appearing to sit in the same rectangle box, well that is just an illusion. There is a simple way of tricking people to make it look like it is one button which does 3 different things.
The rectangle box they sit in is part of the background pic, See the pic below.
It is just a transparent image sitting on top of the background image. The 2 buttons and equalizers co-ordinances are configured so they sit inside that rectangle.
The Language box (the flags box) on the first image in my previous posts with the screenshots is done the same way, again its just a transparent box sitting on top of the background image, its all part of the same pic.
