The little lazer light turnns on but nothing else. No power light. And when you open up the cover, the light is still on but it dosen't do that with a working playstation. She looked inside the box to see that everything was there, it was. She didn't even take it out of the box! They didn't have anymore so I ended up getting cash. As soon as I got the cash i got the HELL out of there as fast as I could. I went to target and baught a brand new one. Installed the modchip in there again and its been working fine ever sence. The only difference when installing the modchip is I left the mother board in the case when I sodered. Mabey that was it but I doubht it.
