UPDATE:

* Yes have to copy
srep.exe to the extracted conversion files folder.
* Found out the actual reason behind this error. It seems
compress.bat can't read those "&" in the script.
* Changed all the '&' with 'n' and conversion works without error. Also need to change folders name to KnL_1 and KnL_1 before run conversion.
DVD1 : 4.32GB (Incl. Redist Folder)
DVD2 : 4.30GB
ISO tested without any error. Redist software works well too. Game works fine on Win7 Professional x64.
