Solution for the game updated at this date with all DLC's. (MP+SP) (4xDVD5) (Multi2, English + Your language)
1) Install the game.
2) Install all updates and DLC's.
3) Go to "SinglePlayer\DLC\237619" and delete all foreign languages folders and "*_ForeignLanguage.wad" files. Replace "ForeignLanguage" with the language you do not need, leave only INT & YourLanguage folders and "*_int.wad" & "*_YourLanguage.wad". Replace "YourLanguage" with your language.
4) Go to "SinglePlayer\DLC\277830" and realize the same from the previous step.
5) Go to "BAO_2xDVD5_or_3xDVD5_v2\files" and edit "data4_excl.lst":
Add the lines:

SinglePlayer\DLC\237619\*
SinglePlayer\DLC\277830\*

6) Add the line "Online\BMGame\CookedPCConsole\English(US)\*" to "data5_YourLanguage_incl.lst". Replace "YourLanguage" with your language.
7) Create "data7_incl.lst" with this lines:

SinglePlayer\DLC\237619\*
SinglePlayer\DLC\277830\*
SinglePlayer\BMGame\CookedPCConsole\English(US)\*

8) Create empty "data7.excl.lst".
9) Open "decompress.lst" and delete the line "Playable_BmCash_SF.upk", save and close.
10) Delete "data6_postprocess.bat".
11) Create "data7_postprocess.bat" with this lines:

12) Go to "BAO_2xDVD5_or_3xDVD5_v2" and edit the "compress (SP + MP).bat" file:

Modify the lines:
"arc7_method=" to "set arc7_method=a1:mfbt4:d256m:fb128:mc1000:lc8"
"set arc3_disc=3" to "set arc3_disc=4"
"set arc4_disc=3" to "set arc3_disc=4"
"set arc7_disc=" to "set arc7_disc=3"
Save and close.

13) Run "compress (SP + MP).bat" and select your installation folder and your language, ignore english language, this was automatically added.

Work's perfect.

For problems with the creation of the .cab's:
Disable UAC or start windows in safe mode.
For the 1st option:
- Go to "Control panel -> System and Security" and select "Change User Account Control Settings". Scroll down the bar and press "Ok". Restart and start compression.
For the 2nd option:
- Press F8 before the initiation of windows and select "Safe Mode" (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7).
- Go to the right panel and press "Configuration -> Shutdown" and press Shift+Shutdown. Wait. Press "Troubleshoot -> Advanced options -> Startup settings". Press "restart". After restart press "4". Wait the initiation. Start the compression. (Windows 8, Windows 8.1).
