Ok, I redid this conversion now with Initiation dlc (SP only). Gotta say it work 100% for me.

Here's what i did:

1) Installed game and all updates + dlc (Initiation included)
2) Removed foreign languages manually from both dlc and main game (in my case I kept ENG)
3) Ran BAMsE's converter (SP only) and waited for it to finish.
4) Made setup.ini file with this setting -

[ExtractSettings] 
FreeArcFile1=Data1.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:1; 
FreeArcFile2=Data2.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:1;  
FreeArcFile3=Data3.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:2; 
FreeArcFile4=Data4.cab;DestDir:{app};Disk:3;

5) Made iso as 3 dvds. (Data4.cab being on dvd 3)
