Extract this archive to HD, not in game folder.
Move Support folder from Installed game to where you extracted archive
OUTPUT subfolder.
REMOVE the Multi folder from game folder, can be placed back after conversion to play MP part of game.
Open InstallerScript.iss &
change bolded part of line to where you have game installed. Save the changes & compile it.
You'll also need to compile Langscript.iss too.

You'll end up with bunch of setup#.bin files in output folder. You'll end up having autorun.exe, setup.exe, setup.ico, setup.cab & setup1*.bin files on dvd1. All Setup2* files on dvd2, Setup3* files on dvd3 etc.
This will end up with more dvd's but at least you'll be able to compress the single player part of game like conversion. Test & report back
