Can someone help me with the following error when trying to install this conversion?

As soon as I click the final install button and the game starts its installation from conversion I get this error and install doesn't continue. The video plays in the background as long as I don't press OK.
Tried fixing it like downloading isdone.dll from web and placing in windows directory but nothing happens. Conversion finished without errors.
Also a very important factor is that I don't know what appears to be Russian.
