This only works in the German version of the game?

I have a version (Ultimate Edition) of 2 ISOs:

ISO1= 7,69GB
ISO2= 4,43GB

Total= 12,1GB

After doing the procedure, was as follows:

DVD1= 8,28GB
DVD2= 3,72 GB
