I download the files from here and test. Not have any issue. Try download again, disable Windows Defender and antivirus.
Make sure if you have Data1.lst; Data2.lst and Data3.lst in the conversion files.

@Fabio, data1 and 2 and 3 is in same directory of compress.bat. All is there, i just donīt know whats de h*** is happening, i descompress your rar file severy times was a tried it but same error. And, for the antivirus, a donīt have any installed so Windows Defender off
