I donīt know what i doing wrong here, i just follow all the info, and just edit (with notepad) your instructions for change English and Portugese both for Spanish(Spain) and save it. and then just click on Compress.bat and get the follow error

First opens cmd consoles and says "Creating data.cab, please wait...

and : "arc not recognized as a command or external. Danger FreeArc return with an error on file data1.cab want to retry?

What is wrong?
iīm using Windows 8.1 x64
