As Joe said ... plus I'm sure Empire would not like the "Licensed to: Fileforums".
You have taken Empire and Fileforums for granted.
Years ago we started up a Fileforums IRC channel, it was active for a couple of months by a very few, then it died off like most Forum Chat programs.
