Yes, as pakrat2k2 say in another thread. but i dont know how to resampled biks to best looking/file size for the conversion (i know with rad game tools). for me this way is too time intensive. maybe you can write a small and easy to understand way to make this for resampling biks for other people here?
then i can link this in my conversion post so other people can do this conversion without replacing biks.
