I've tried 2 times to backup Southpark PS1 PAL and both have been coasters

I have used the latest Blindwrite suite and the cd came up with some "Boot" message.
Tried the second in CDR Win in "Extract Disk/Tracks/Sectors" with all options ticked IE: CDText & MCN/ISRC and all other options as default and the machine doesnt recognise the cd even being in the PS at all

Am i missing something here?
