You should check the link that

Highest compression that you can use with Inno is
lzma2, however...
It has been reported on few occasions that difference between
lzma2/ultra and
lzma2/ultra64 is only by several megabytes and it takes way longer to compress with
/ultra64 parameter.
Which is not worth, IMHO.
