I think you've made a mistake in this script, at the registry section.
Every line there has a check on Component2FAE, and that variable is not defined. So, none of the keys are actually written.

I guess it's something related to the "Trilogy Compatible" thing.
You should fix that either defining it somewhere or by removing the check.

P.D: Mass Effect 1 has a problem with the registry keys also, I posted a fix there too.

OFFTOPIC I'm against the compiled + cmd file convertions, because of this kind of things. Personally I have some programming skills so I like to check the script. I usually remove, add, modify things around... or fix erros... even make them with more/less compression or compress faster. And if there is no script available you just can't fix anything and depends on the poster to fix them for you (if he has the willing or the time to do it).
