Ok, don't know how to explain it so that you can understand it but I'll make an example.
E.g Creator is the inno setup software
Designer is the creators addon or customizer.
Installer Creator > Designer
Get it?
Creator may be considered as the primary software and designer the secondary software. Which means that designer is sort of a parasite.
