Has anybody had any dealings with this company. The reason I ask is that they picked up my shiny new PS2 last Wednesday to install the Neo 3 upgrade. I have heard nothing back since. I have emailed them and my missus has been trying to phone them all day with no reply. Have I been had or am I just being paranoid !!!!
