fps issue,lag and freeze issue,etc...
My cousin have the same specs,except Graphics card is gt 440 2gb ddr3...and crysis 3 worked way too smooth.It's definetely the damn defect of games....

Update your Graphic Card drivers. Search for latest WHQL drivers on
www.nvidia.com
Update your VCRedist and DirectX. You can find those from Microsoft's website or go to
www.filehippo.com
If that doesn't work... Dunno, reinstall your OS?
Your PC spec is good enough so you can play the game as I have installed it on Laptop with worse spec 2 days ago and it works (with little lags here and there but overall, works perfectly).
