Generally I use Photoshop CS5, Fireworks CS5 and GIMP 2 and a little creativity.

The conversion using Inno always. Just you don't see the source.
You have to post some images of your errors. To see the videos you need a codec. Just install K-Lite Mega Codec Pack.

In the first, the installation doesn't finish (and the Video on/off button....  ) and, in the second, the installation doesn't start....

I will speak again and for the last time about the video button. Yener fix the problem in the next update. But this doesn't affect the installation anyway.
