you can use this parameter

-mprecomp+srep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb273:mc1000:lc8

you can use this command

arc.exe a -ep1 -r -ed -lc- -s; -w.\ "Output\data.cab" -mprecomp+srep+lzma:a1:mfbt4:d158m:fb273:mc1000:lc8 "Folder\*"
