Read one post above, however:
Modifying one command line (Compress.bat) as follow:

Delete only Data2.bin archive from RE6_2xDVD5\RE6\Disk2 folder and then re-launch Compress.bat.
It's a weird error (
not enough memory) raised also on systems with enough physical ram, maybe an unarc.dll bug.
