1 . how to solve the PAL\NTSC, I have Pal and i from israel,i want to play and see NTSC movie\games,is it software or hardware ?
ANSWER: You need a modchip and some booting software (see 2 below) to bring your NTSC backup game into play. To see NTSC DVD Movies, youe need software called DVD Region X which will also boot backup games. I recommend an internal modchip but NOT the NEO4 (which has 44 wires) and NOT a USB mod which makes life complicated for DVD-R and EA Game booting.
2. REGION : How to make the PS2 read all zone ,is it software or hardware ?
ANSWER: Software called DVD Region X will boot all region backup games (with a modchip) and will play NTSC DVDs (without a modchip)
3.Burn cd : how to make the PS2 read Burn games and DVD,and how do i burn them,is it with regular CDR and cd copier?
ANSWER: Tutorials on ####://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk Best program is CloneCD with fully compatible reader/burner ( ####://www.elby.de ). Nero and CDRWin don't make 1:1 copies and often those copies need patching which is a nuisance.
DVD needs DVD Burner such as Pioneer A03 in conjunction with PrimoDVD or Nero 5.5.6.4. You can "rip" games from DVD to CD but I tell you, this is both complex and seriously error prone; also you lose movies and sound as you struggle to discard "inessential" files to get down to 650MB - only to find that you've stripped away a movie containing an important game clue!
