Don't delete! Just move to other place and then back to unisntall your original files.
With internal will not fit on 2xDVD5 if your game have all updates and DLC's. Maybe if you change the Compression to
lzma2/ultra64. Open InstallerScript.iss and change.
Details:
1. Install the game, updates and DLC's.
2. Open InstallerScript.iss and change the first line according to your game installation path:

3. Press Compile and wait...
4. Move to:
DMC_1: Setup-1* files; Setup.exe; Autorun.exe; Setup.cab; Setup.ini;
DMC_2: Setup-2* files;
5. Make ISO's and test before you burn.
