Your name folder is wrong! 
1. Remove your original uninstall files before make the conversion: Unins000.dat and unins000.exe
2. Put in the bat: C:\Program Files\DMC Devi May Cry as said pakrat.

unins000.exe
Picture Left : Without "Run as Administrator"
Picture Right : With "Run as Administrator"
and
please, explain in detail how to use "internal compression"
