Because of external compression. Here 8,40 GB (9.028.513.815 bytes) with DLC + redist.

Data1.cab: Srep+Freearc lzma --> 5,62 GB (6.034.849.748 bytes) to 3,41 GB (3.664.683.469 bytes)
Data2.cab: compression none --> 2,78 GB (2.990.844.323 bytes)

And have space to put a video.

Anyway, thanks for info, i will test with internal installation and post the conversion here soon.
I think, you use internal compression... I'm so accustomed to test with external, that forgot completely the internal compression. LOL
