not that hard to figure out, only gave 2 choices on setup, eng/fr.
look in C:\Program Files (x86)\Aspyr\Dark Sector\Cache.Windows
you want english only delete *_fr.cache ( 5 files ) but not much of a saving only 160MB.

Also need to copy redist folder to Dark Sector conversion folder. AND change Compression=lzma to something with more compression if you want it on 1xdvd5

EDIT: Needs minimal Directx to fit fully. I copied wrong DX folder over thats why it didnt fit.
