I'd assume he bought it, given there's no permission to discuss warez stuff here.
That being said, I think it's really sad that you can't play Darkspore entirely offline, with your saves being stored on your own computer, but I don't believe this particular forum or community can help. From what I remember, their point of focus are physical media based DRMs, cracking which can help you protect your original DVDs from getting used up and destroyed. Darkspore has no such issue and therefore it's of no concern to this place's denizens.
