I just re-installed game + update 1 + update2+DLC, did NOT use no-intro fix, replaced DX with Dxwebsetup and renamed physx, my data1.cab archive came out to 4.27GB, Redist folder=63.4 MB. Entire dvd now 4.36GB which fits fine on dvd5.

I did it on ultra..But never mind,I'll compress it one more time and make sure I don't do anything wrong with the parameters ! And Thanks for you cooperation and help.
