It didnīt need a patch. I have the original game and the copy (in version Spanish PAL, of course) and I made the copy after a few days of playing. After the mission 2, my copy show me that screen (?) and I enter the original CD. That screen continued in the TV. After a few moments of chat, I washed the original CD with alcohol. It works. I made a new copy with the washed CD and it works.
