Added note in the first post:
I plan this conversion for english only, if you have language pack, put in CODBOII_4 folder;
After conversion install the game in your language and copy your language pack to the game directory;
Play in your language!
Tested with Spanish language pack. Works 100%. (Thanks to elbubi for providing the link to download the Spanish language pack)
