An issue caused by presence in the archive Data4.bin of unins000.dat & unins000.exe files.
When you make or re-make the conversion, never include the following files in installation archives:

unins000.dat (raises an uninstall error)
unins000.exe (raises an uninstall error)
FirewallInstallHelper.dll (raises a runtime error)
GameuxInstallHelper.dll (raises a runtime error)
ISSkin.dll (raises a runtime error)
Follow these steps to solve the issue:
1) Edit
Data4.lst file, it should be like this:
Code:
Binaries\Redist\*
WillowGame\*
unins000.*
2) Delete only Data4.bin file from '
Borderlands2_DVD5\Borderlands2' conversion folder and then launch Compress.bat
