The official installer selects the correct language for the game after installation, Im asking this because there is no way to change language in the game itself so it will have to be done during installation.
All reg entries are there, but the game chooses the same language as your system even if you install it in another language. I don't know why!
But is there a way to change the language after installing the game.
I believe you use the mod resolution. So, download latest version DSFix v1.3 here: http://minus.com/lbbnnLN2RbkE8H

Follow the instructions to install. To change the language open the file with name: DSfix.ini
Search for the following parameters:

Code:
# override the in-game language
# none = no override
# en-GB = English, fr = French, it = Italian, de = German, es = Spanish
# ko = Korean, zh-tw = Chinese, pl = Polish, ru = Russian
# this does not work in Windows XP!
overrideLanguage none
In overrideLanguage none change none to the code of your language. Chinese = zh-tw (or other language if you wish).

I tested. Works great!

Thanks for your feedback.
