Hum.. REV0 i think you can't compress them because bik format file is already compressed itself (and i think the same with pck).
Usually the best way is a resampling and then earn more few MB with another compression like lzma2/ultra64 (directly from inno) or with arc. (precomp and srep are useless)
I doubt you could do better with bik/pck but.. never say never!
