Fixed the problem, should have extracted with freearc and not 7zip.

what is this error when extracting the attached file:

! D:\Downloads - IDM\Compressed\RERC_v1.2_2xDVD5.7z: Unknown method in CI 8.2.8.0\Setup.cab
(etc...)
