Compared to the main executable from the original release, this seems to have a fix for an erroneous error message: if DirectX 8 isn't initialized (?), the original suggests running the installer of Rayman M, while this fixed version says DX8 instead. There are some other small changes - a few strings missing - but I have no idea about the reason for those.

I'm attaching a no-CD patch that does the very same changes (only at different actual offsets) in the fixed executable as the original no-CD patch did on the original executable. Please, report your results back.

[...] Weird... I just noticed that this executable is dated 2001-11-15 while that in the original release is dated 2001-11-20. This means your executable is not a fix, rather a pre-release or something?!
