R.G.RAYSIN there is -ap option to set main folder in archive.
If your archive structure is
Timeshift\preload\packs you can use

arc x data.cab -apTimeshift -dpc:\installpath
to finally get installation structure
c:\installpath\preload\packs. But unfortunately I don't know where to add this in script.
